What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup finely chopped onion s
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1/2 cup drained canned corn with red and green bell peppers
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
8 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slice s
8 hamburger bun s
1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices
1 avocado, sliced

Let's Make It
Cook and stir onions and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Add to turkey, beans, corn and seasonings in medium bowl; mix just until blended. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch thick) patties.
Cook, in batches, in skillet 8 to 10 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), topping with cheese for the last 2 min.
Serve on buns topped with tomatoes and avocados.
How to Use the Leftover Corn
Spoon remaining corn into airtight container. Refrigerate up to 3 days before adding to your favorite salad or cornbread recipe.
Use the same skillet to cook both the onion mixture and burgers.
