What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 KRAFT Big Slice Hot Habanero Cheese Slice s, quartered
4 fresh pineapple rings (1/4 inch thick)
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
4 Hawaiian sandwich bun s, toasted
1 small avocado, cut into 8 slices

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Shape meat into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Top 4 patties with cheese; cover with remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal.
Grill 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), adding pineapple to the grill for the last 4 min. and turning after 2 min. Meanwhile, mix mayo and Sriracha sauce until blended.
Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with pineapple, avocados and mayo mixture. Cover with tops of buns.
Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
How to Toast the Buns
Place buns, cut sides down, on grill grate for the last few minutes of the burger grilling time.
Prepare using KRAFT Pepper Jack Cheese Slices or KRAFT Jalapeño White Cheddar Cheese Slices.
