What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup shredded cooked pork
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
8 slices Italian bread (1/2 inch thick)
4 KRAFT Singles
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion s
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened

Let's Make It
Combine meat and barbecue sauce. Fill bread slices with meat mixture, Singles and onions to make 4 sandwiches.
Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 4 min. on each side or until sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
This is a great way to use leftover cooked pork.
Substitute 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise for the softened butter.
