Here's a neat take on a restaurant favorite—chicken cordon bleu—served up in a family-size hero. Get out the ham and cheese and try it tonight.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1/2 lb.)
1 French bread baguette (16 inch), split
1/4 cup KRAFT Garlic Aioli, divided
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Ham
4 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slice s
1/4 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
Heat broiler. Cut chicken into strips. Place bottom half of baguette on baking sheet; spread with 2 Tbsp. aioli. Top with chicken, ham and cheese.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with spinach and remaining aioli; cover with top half of baguette.
Cut into 4 pieces to serve.
This classic sandwich can be served with a fresh fruit platter or vegetable tray and low-fat dip to balance out the meal.
Serve with a cold glass of prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade.
Use Your Grill
Spread bottom half of baguette with 2 Tbsp. mayo, then top with grilled chicken, ham and cheese as directed. Cover with spinach, remaining mayo and top of baguette. Wrap sandwich in foil, then grill until cheese is melted.
