Mayo with chopped chipotle peppers and ground beef mixed with Mexican chorizo give these mini cheeseburgers a not-so-mini spicy kick!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 lb. ground beef
7-1/2 oz. Mexican chorizo
6 KRAFT Singles, cut in half
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hawaiian sweet roll s, cut horizontally in half

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix ground beef and chorizo; shape into 12 (3-inch) patties.
Grill 4 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with Singles for the last minute. Meanwhile, mix mayo and peppers.
Fill rolls with burgers and mayo mixture.
Serve with fresh fruit and a side salad to round out the meal.
Omit chipotle peppers. Prepare using KRAFT Mayo Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
How to Cook Burgers on Top of the Stove
Cook patties in large skillet on medium heat 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with Singles; cover. Cook 1 min. or until Singles are melted.
